Security Deposit:

If you do not include your $10 SECURITY DEPOSIT with the form below, you do NOT have an appointment!!!

If deposits are not paid your appointment is not on my schedule!

**Security Deposits are not an additional cost, it is a down payment and you will only owe the remaining balance**

~SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE TO PREVENT TIME WASTING~

Booking:

My time is not promised so please book at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day booking/last-minute booking is not encouraged but you have the possibility of being serviced! Please understand if you schedule the same day, the 24 hours and late fee still apply.

Late Fees:

If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged an additional fee of $15.

After 30 minutes your appointment CAN be CANCELED or you can either pay an additional fee of $25. 

If you fail to inform me that you are going to be late and it has been 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled. To book another appointment you must include another security deposit!

Cancellation:

To reschedule without repaying the security deposit, you must cancel the appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time!
